I had for breakfast a homemade protein smoothie and waffles with butter and syrup and bacon,eggs,and mashed potatoes with butter.oh and a medium size bag of potatoe chips and pretzels.
For lunch I had an apple,pizza,burrito,bowl of salad,macaroni cheese,chocolate muffin,one truffle chocolate,2 bowls of clam chowder and a grapefruit with a little salt
For dinner(later)glass of milk,ice cream sundae double whip cream,lumpia with ketchup,chicken with ketchup,dumplings,and a turkey sandiwich with what bread no mayonnaise and mustard with green lettuce and two slices of tomatoe.I exercised 4 hours dance and 4 hours swimming.I LOVE FOOOODDD

I love food too but it doesn't love me back! I'm finishing up a third Mt. Dew and I had just a few Dorito's earlier plus 2 pieces of cheese. I'll end up having a couple more Dews and a Hot Pocket later! You have quite the variety. Sounds like you stay in shape. Good for you! Hey, that Sundae sounds good.Enjoy!

I'm supposed to be on a diet, but I've had a bit of a binge today... Breakfast - 3 strawberries, 12 grapes, three cherry tomatoes, and two slices of white bread. Snacks: 2 French Fancies and a Terry's Chocolate Orange bar. Keep drinking Forest Fruits drink, which has a lot of calories. Lunch - Quorn (fake meat) chicken slice and two Quorn sausages, in rolls. Dinner - Small egg fried rice. It's 10 O'clock, and I've just eaten two small bread rolls. I have zero self control when it comes to food, and that's why I've started putting it into a food diary. Mehhh :/ I think you're not eating enough, that's definitely not enough calories. If you eat less than 1200 calories a day, you will not lose weight. You should eat a few more things, but it's a very healthy food plan. :)

since 6am to 2 pm I had a bag of chips at work, now since I have been home I am making Italian sausage, and a bake potatoe, and snacking on homemade cookies, that my mom nurse brought over.

I love eating too! I eat all the time and exercise alot. and i drink a bottle of water evryday
