As, you know, as women go throughout their lives and their days they act in different modes depending on their circumstances. For example, when they are around their father they switch into "daughter" mode, when around their husband, they go into "wife" mode, and around their children they go into "mother" mode. They will act and talk differently depending on the mode they are in. This is a rather simple example of my genuis advanced modalism theory but it will suffice for now. At any rate, how do I get a woman into "subservient" mode when she is in "feminist" mode??? I really like this girl but I need her to change a lot for me b/c she believes that men and women are all equal and I need someone who will look up to me and obey me. I'm thinking if I can get her to switch into some hybrid between "daughter", "girlfriend", "employee under boss" and "low self esteem woman" modes, I might get her to look up to me like she would her father, obey me like I was her boss and obey me.

I'm sorry, but you sound like a male-chauvinistic pig to me and I don't think you "really like this girl." You also try to display some narcissistic qualities that need some psychological attention, although I suspect the narcissism is just a cover-up for your lack of confidence in yourself and low self-esteem.
There is nothing better for a man than a woman that is sure about herself, successful, and at the same time feminine. If that girl loves you, all those qualities in her will compliment you and at the same time make you feel like the greatest man in the world.
You cannot change a person or "mold" them to your liking. Contrary to common belief, people don't change...we mature and I hope, for your benefit, someday YOU are able to do this.................

being a feminist may not be a mode. She may always be a feminist. I am sure my husband would like to know the answer to this one too. Do not wish for her to have lower self esteem, when she figures out it was you that made her feel bad, she will be resentful. Be with the person that is how you want them already.. Do not try to change people.

I as a former feminist...you cannot change us...and if you do...the relationship will never work...This is 2007, I am the working mommy and my hubby is the stay at home daddy...and he does the cooking and most of the cleaning...and it works out just fine...we both have the upmost respect for eachother, and it is a wonderful relationship....as for my past relationships...the one's that tried to change me...well that did not work out at all...you are either gonna have to look elsewhere, or deal with who she is....why would you want to be w/ someone you will have to change anyway???? Ask yourself...are you willing to change a big part of you for someone? What if she asks you to change????

I tried this with an ex-girlfriend. I guess you know how it turned out for me. I'd suggest finding another girl --- one who is not out to exact revenge on her current boyfriend on behalf of all mistreated women throughout all of history.
