I'm married, and both my husband & I have Myspace accounts. We do not hide anything from each other (we're both allowed under each others accounts), and we use Myspace to keep in touch with friends & family.
It really just depends on the reason behind using Myspace.

I believe anything that may cause some distance or division in the marriage and any relationship could be something that you would not bring in to your life when you leave school and such the only time you should be concerned with caqtching up on old times are the reunions other then that i think you should be rerspectful of your mate and close your account I do think your hubby would be a little apprehensive if he really knew what myspace accounts were all about. Consider chat lines a form of cheating unless it is with family and friends you both share. I do not think it wise to communicate with people you once dated or even had a crush on this can hurt the very
structure of the life you have at this point in time.
God Bless and I think you will make a wise decision.
Congrats on the engagement.

I think that depends entirely on the person and the relationship. If they are in a loving, trusting relationship, what's the problem? I've been married almost three years now and I have a myspace. I even have a couple of ex boyfriends on my friends list. The difference is, my husband and I trust each other. He knows that I'm with him because that's where I want to be and if I didn't really want to be here, I wouldn't be. We've been down that road of mistrust and accusations and heartbreak. But if you trust each other, there's no reason why getting in touch with friends would be a bad thing. Its when that trust is betrayed that it becomes a problem

It will only become a problem if you allow it to be. Both my husband and I have MySpace accounts. Both accounts have "private" settings and we both know each others passwords that way we know that we're not hiding anything. We use myspace to keep in touch with friends from previous duty stations. It's a great way to find people we used to serve with. Myspace is a great tool - until people start abusing it.

The only way Myspace can mess up your marriage is if you let it by seeking out people to have more then a friendship with.
I am married and have a myspace account. DH has one as well. It doesn't bother either one of us as we have access to each others account and trust one another 100%. I am not seeking for any relationships nor is he. He is networking, and I have mine to keep in touch with all my friends all over the world.
Just be faithful and don't give your partner a reason to distrust you with your account and you will be fine.

I'm married. We both have Myspace accounts. We both are able to log into each others accounts. We keep it primarily for friends and family. I dont see anything wrong with this, but have had problems in the past because of jealousy issues. Just make sure that you keep your page strictly for friends and family you know. Once you cross the boundary of adding new people of the opposite sex to your page as friends questions will arise. Eventually it will dwindle the trust if you let it. I would always keep my page open for my husband to log into if he chooses to do so. And its been best that way for us so far.

I think your safe. It's a good place to find old friends and talk to family that is far away at the same time. There's always going to be people trying to get to you. As long as your there for what you want then there shouldn't be any reason to worry. You have final control of your myspace and your decisions.

I think when two people are truly committed to each other and their marriage, there's a good chance nothing are no one will come between that. Not even the people on, & having a Myspace account.

Me and my husband both have MySpace accounts and most of my married friends do as well. I don't see why it should be a problem. MySpace wasn't developed as a dating site.

Nah. I'm married, and have had one for the past several years. I keep mine to stay in touch with my friends. Additionally, I ignore messages that state, "Hey, gurl! Ur hott! Hitt me upp little mama!" Ugh.
It's email like that that make me glad I got married to my INTELLEGENT husband. lol
Seriously, though. Some of my friends live out of state and out of the country, so, phone conversations are out of the question, sometimes. I don't do much with my account, NOW, but it's a good way to keep in touch with my friends.
