Since I hate to cook, I'd tell you to order pizza. It's quick and easy. You won't have to worry about dirty dishes and the like. Just toss the box out when you're done. VERY EASY.
However, if you cook well and you don't mind cooking, I'd say make dinner. Or if funds are low (like they are with me), cook something at home. It's cheaper

If your going to have to go to the grocery store to buy ingredients to make dinner then you might as well just order a pizza. If you already spent $$ on groceries then no need to spend any more....just make dinner.

Well, that depends on what you would make if you don't get pizza. Pizza certainly is quicker and easier, no kitchen mess to clean up....but it also costs more!
Home cooked dinner always tastes better to me :-)

I think ordering pizza is for people who are too lazy to cook, or don't have the means. If there's cereal in the cupboard, eat it. It's cheaper and better for you. And is really good cold.
