Blake has started slowly. I like Wells a lot, I think if they both produce as history has shown them to, Wells brings more tot he table. He can hit and run, and he's less injury prone. Harden could be great - ace stuff, but he too has shown some injury. Fuentes will get you saves, and the question you have to ask yourself - is: are you needing a starting pitcher? How badly do you need one?
If it's me, I don't do this trade unless I am sitting on a ton of closers and REALLY need a SP.

This is not fair for you at all. Do NOT make this trade or it will ruin your team. Rich Harden AND Casey Blake can't compare even to Vernon Wells, one of the best outfielders in the game. Add him with Brian Fuentes, a guy who's got saves filled in him and this is an amazing duo, so NO.

I am assuming you already have Wells and Fuentes. Do not do it. Blake should not be on a fantasy roster, he isnt anyone who could help. harden looks incredible this year but is injured every year so it is risky (although if he stays healthy he could contend for the Cy Young). Wells is a top 6 or 7 outfielder and a fantasy stud and fuentes is a solid saves pitcher. You would be giving up way too much to gamble that Harden stays healthy (Blake simply isnt fantasy material under nearly any circumstance). Turn him down cold!

Not a chance. Even if I had Cliff Lee as my ace I wouldn't do it.
Wells is by far the best player in the trade. Harden's looked good so far, and it's hard to pass on a player who you obviously like, but the injury risk is too high.
Fuentes is serviceable to good as a closer.
Blake doesn't belong on any roster.
If you really like Harden, you could counter with a Wells for Harden straight up, but I wouldn't consider giving up anything more.

Do it. Even though relievers are generally more valuable than starters, Rich Harden is no ordinary starter. Already this year he is looking really good if he stays injury free. He could be one of the only rivals of Santana for the AL Cy Young this year. Vernon Wells could have a decent year or he could flop horribly. I would make the trade in a heartbeat.

Blake hasn't shown he's worth a lick since he returned from his injury last season, but has potential. Not worth keeping on your roster yet though IMO.
If you really need the SP spot, then yeah, it MIGHT be worth it, but Vernon Wells is a hell of a lot to give up for Harden. He's got u backed in a narrow corner with that propsal. I'd attemp another trade offer lessining the burden on your behalf while still giving up quality for Harden.

Negative. Wells more established and Fuentes has evil stuff. Don't do it.

it sounds rather fair. it depends on who your other closers are and who your starters, along with who your other all around guys are.
if you have another all around guy and 2 other good closers (or one lights out guy like nathan) then i would suggest you take it.
