I think the two of you are in a diff place right now. At 18 he is still in party mode. At 24 you might be over that kind of thing. If you are not then what he can't even go to a bar. This is not a long term thing.

He's not that much younger, so why not? If you really like him then don't hold yourself back. Plus someone who is 45 has a lot bigger difference in age then someone who is 18 right? Not to mention that some guys are mature and are underestimated just because they are guys. Take it from me b/c I am a guy!

well im 32 but to answer your question If u like him then go for it but i dont know that is kind of Iffy in away especially If he lives with his parents and your 24 and he is 18 and the parents might think that is kind of strange or sick i mean Ive known women that liked me and they were 18 and up so that is all depending on you, the boy and the parents

I'm 24 too and there are some young guys who are 18 who are totally cute but that all it is for me anyway. I dont think I can deal with the mentality(no offense)...

If you tend to like older guys, it may mean you are a bit more mature for your age, or maybe your interests are similar to more mature guys. If that's the case, there's no harm in dating an 18 yo guy, but are you two going ot have anything in common?

It's all in personal preference.
But if you want my opinion, I'm not into the whole "older guys" thing. I just don't get turned on by someone old enough to be my father. Nothing against you. If you're into it, more power to ya! It's just MY preference. And I don't think I could bring myself to dating a guy six years younger than me.

24 and 18....that's 6 years.
so you were in the first grade when he was born.
you were done with college when he was beginning high school.
you could go to bars and he could barely grab the pop out of the fridge.
haha.
honestly do whatever makes you happy.
People are ALWAYS going to judge but you're both adults and able to make adult decisions.

Go for it. Trust me. I've had older men, but believe me the young ones are fun. I married a younger man, and it's wonderful. He doesn't get tired as quickly! :`)

It's all up to you, babe. If you're comfortable with it, then you're all set. I personally prefer older men too. I've dated younger men, but for me, 6 years younger would be too young for me.
