When Parents, decide that it is time to make their Will, and decide who is going to get so much of what they had accumulated, during their Lifetime, is when usually there is going to be problems with the siblings, because almost never are the children of this Marriage satisfied when it comes to decide how the inheritance is going to be divided. You do not say why, your sister was not included in the will your Parents left, I imagine that for some reason not to their liking, your sister did something that they were not happy with. But what she is doing is accumulating more hatred between her siblings, and including her daughter in the situation she has is very bad. I hope that she realizes that what she is doing is building more hatred between all of you. Life is short, and you will never know if you, or her, is going to be here tomorrow, so, what I would suggest is ignore her calls and if you meet her, one of this days, just ignore her and do not listen to her, because even though some people do not agree, a sister/brother will always have the same blood in their veins as you do. I hope that your sister realizes, the mistake she is making when, what she is doing is making her Life miserable and will never be happy. I wish you luck and I hope that things will eventually get better between her and you.

Explain to the 16 year old daughter why her mother is disinherited/written out of the family will. (I hope that is only financially and not emotionally.) Then, Get a restraining order against the sister. What a nasty mess. I don't envy you.

Yes, it's considered harassment. Your family might want to seek counseling. It's sad that she's bringing your 16 year old niece into this.

So what would you do with this? File suit? Call the police?
Seriously, there's not enough here to go on. What's the agenda, which state's laws apply, etc?

Yes, just ignore. Try not to let it bother you or THEY win. Silence kills them. When they know it isn't getting to you it will kill them.
Try to keep the high road...it will eventually get better.
been there 6 yrs ago...same crap.

I don't think that this is harassment, she is very, very hurt emotionally and wants you to say something reassuring to her. Put yourself in her shoes then answer this question yourself.

Tell them to stop. If they don't, then it's harassment, in which case you should call the police.
