Soak it in cold water, then add meat tenderizer. I've found hydrogen peroxide will help lift out blood too- but I haven't tried it on dried blood.

Sure the stain will still come out , Soak the garment on cold water, remove from water ,then add SALT, leave like this for 10 min´s or longer . When you see the stain being removed ,then rinse in cold water. You may have to do this a couple of times , but it will come out . Just remember with all stains ,better to soak in cold water first when possible . The more heat you add to a stain the harder it is to remove

The best way is to first of all, soak the garment in cold, salty water. Heat seals the bloodstain in!. Add salt to the water and rub where the stain is, then leave it to soak for a few hours.
Wash on a cool cycle in the machine add your normal powder (prefably biological) or Oxy Wash and you will find the stain has gone.

I know this sounds weird but the best thing to do is actually soak it in Salt Water!?
I know as my best friend had a white suit that ended up covered in blood and she asked me to get it out.
I asked my grandma and she told me that was how you do it just soak it for about 24 hours then wash it in the machine as normal.
Came up a treat.
Good luck

best bet now it has dried is to get an oxygen based stain remover then let the garment soak in the solution.

Spray on Ace bleach the blood turns white straight away and then wash. This works I have used it many times and it doesn't spoil the fabric.

soak in cold salt water, as you are not sure of the fabric please do not use any bleach or bio-tex or any whitening agent. if the stain has still not come out repeat the method. do not wash in machine until the stain is out. many washes will actually wash a stain in.----good luck
