This is a very subjective question because everyone will have a different answer depending on each person's concept of a very nice lifestyle and each person's present lifestyle.
Other persons may not want a lot in life or may not want to work hard enough to earn a huge salary. It all is dependent on perspective---- personal perspective.

I think it would depend on your situation. I have a family of five, and if we are making less than $125,000 we would have to make lifestyle changes. In order for us to have what I would consider a "very nice lifestyle," we would need to make $150k-$175k.
As a single person, I would be highly satisfied with a $55k+ salary.

$100,000/yr. Of course in some parts of the country that would not be a very nice lifestyle, but where I live we would be very comfortable.

Around $140,000. Enough to pay off debt and not use credit. The car could be paid off quickly and I could take routine vacations. I would be able to get the weekly massages/pampering that I desire and eventually invest regularly.
