I think they are buying carbon credits so a poor child in China can plant 5 trees next week. Yeah Travolta who flys more on his private plane than some commercial airliners do with all their flights combined, Kerry who had a stream diverted at his and Theresa's mansion in Idaho just because they did not like where it was, and Al Gore who invented the Internet, had the book "Love Story" written about him and now is the messiah of the the environmentalists. Oh yes they make me feel safe that my wallet will be picked for new taxes of about 33% to cover all the aspects of the Kyoto Protocol to fleece America for the rest of the world. Yes the same ALGORE who says oceans will rise 20 feet when other environmental documents show a gain of 2 inches. Isn't this just a remake of that lame comedy "the three amigos" with Chevy Chase, Steve Martin but only worse.

Let's see, they all three fly in private jets (Travolta even keeps his in his back yard). they all own various, large homes around the world, and they all drive large chauffeered vehicles. God! Another group of "I know what's best for you, but I'll do what I want to" liberals. At least Ed Begley, Jr. has the moral authority to practice what he preaches, riding bikes everywhere or electric cars and composting.
Back to your question, I don't feel safer from global warming than I did before. I do, however, feel threathened by all these do-gooder pushing their global warming agenda.

No.
I feel more confident that Al Gore and John Kerry will switch to Scientology then I do about having them save the planet.

I don't know about Travolta but Gore and Kerry use "clean" energy whenever possible and offset other emissions by dedicating land and planting trees among other things. The 3.5 million people in the US produce more pollution than the 3.5 billion Chinese..

Now if they could only get Rosie to be there spokesman and Sean Penn as theyre Intelligence officer. They're new idea of fighting global warming by driving your limo to the private jet with the windows down and AC on max sounds plausible tho. offset and all.

These are just celebraties talking about global warming. The issue isn't their personal lives, it's the issue at hand - GLOBAL WARMING. Why don't we worry about the issue and not Travolta or Gore personal lives.

I remember hearing how Travolta demands a limo to drive him to the set even when its only driving him a quarter mile. And as a backup if the limo breaks down he has a golf cart follow it.

It makes the whole thing less credible. And with Rosie O`Donnel behind it I basicly have lost all trust that there is global warming.

NO, they want you to change. The point being, why should I change my habits just because Al Gore wants me to. He is a leader and isn't reducing the amount of energy his 3 mansions consume, some leader! BTW unless its a global effort, meaning every nation changes, it will be fruitless. China dwarfs the US in its greenhouse gas emissions and use of energy.

I feel much safer now. I mean now that Danny teamed up with Al "robot" Gore and Mr. Flip Flop himself, we are all much safer.
