There is a bouncer at a local nightclub, who evertime he is on the door he stops me, saying im underage, im 25 and produce ID then he says its too crowed. Lately he wont let me in because he says im too drunk, which i havent been on one of these nights i wasnt even drinking because i was the designated driver!!! I dont know if i have any rights and if so what are they

It depends on why you think he won't let you in the club. If you are serious about sending a message to that club, you could contact a lawyer and tell them you think that you are being descriminated against.

You have no rights. Private business are not required to serve anybody they choose not to, UNLESS the decision is based on race.

If you so insist, call the business and speak with the owner or a manager. Still, if they don't want you in their business, you have no recourse.
