I believe that is true. All mammals do have both.
There may be an exception somewhere, such as the Australian platypus, I'm not sure about that one.
Any animal giving live birth, where there was a gestation period in the womb, would have to hav been connected to the mother's body by an umbilical.
If an umbilical connection existed, there has to be a belly button.

Other mammals were attached to umbilical cords prior to being born, and therefore have belly buttons.
Mammals do not come from eggs.

Other mammals do have navels (belly buttons), as do birds, and reptiles. They also have umbillical cords.

Placental mammals have belly buttons and umbilical cords.
I would not expect to find these features in monotremes or marsupials.

Yes. All mammals that are born has bellybuttons. The only exception is the Platypus. Whyle it is a mammal, it isn't born, it hatches from an egg.

yes they all do, even the ones from eggs. If you ever see kittens when they're first born you'll see their cords.
