what do children in holland/netherlands do for recreation?

I got a project and i have to "do" something in front of the class. people are singing and stuff and i dont know what to do any ideas?

My guess is that the reason you have not gotten any answers so far is that children in the Netherlands do pretty much what kids all over the world do. But your project to "do something in front of the class" is simple: recite a poem you have memorized, or read one you have not memorized. Or recite a famous monologue from drama. Another great way is to dress in the appropriate costume and assume the character of a historical figure. Tell your (the character's) biography briefly, and then offer to answer questions in character.

We used to call this "show and tell" when I was a kid. Sometimes I would bring something of interest, like from a collection or something I had made, and discuss it. If it was something from a collection, I'd tell it's history, and why collecting these things is so interesting. If it was something I had made, I described how and why I had made it.
