A seamonkey is a brine shrimp sold as a seamonkey. The "seamonkeys" once they are fully grown look like tiny little monkeys. Kids love them.

Sea-Monkey is a brand name of a variant of Artemia salina, a species of brine shrimp, a type of fairy shrimp — not true shrimp, but a branchiopod. The term Sea-Monkeys (sometimes unhyphenated) is a trademark used to sell them as a novelty pet. They originate in salt lakes and salt evaporation flats.
In my experience no matter how well you treat them they always die out within a couple of months

Depends how it is used, usualy it means brine shrimp. These are cheap little shrimp sold at small novelty stores. They die soon after you buy them no matter how well u treat them.
If you are using it as a bad word it usualy means sperm.
