You can get the official GOP line on their website, I thought it would be more informative to hear a real live registered republicans views. So here goes:

1 I am for stem cell research
2 I want the borders shut down immediately.
3 I am against imminent domain.
4 For the war, but need a plan to get the hell out.
5 Against Affirmative Action.
6 Against abortion when used as contraceptive. Should only be used in the 1st tri-mester in the case of rape or incest or the health of the mother. 2nd or 3rd tri-mester only if mothers life in danger.

Fund what works ( adult and cord cell) it can all be legal but im not putting my money on something that hasnt proven results.

I think you mean emminent domain. This is a slippery slope as im sure Supreme court justice Souter found out when someone tried to take

No timetable but we need to wrap it up soon.

I am a republican. My views:
1. I am against using embryos which have the possibility of developing into fetuses.
2. I would be for posting marines on the border and ending illegal immigration with .50 caliber assault rifles.
3. I have no idea what that is.
4. We screwed up. We know that now. Arguing about the causes of the war does not solve anything. We need to find a solution that does not entail us running with our tails behind our legs.
5. Unless anyone was born before 1863, they have no reason to receive money or otherwise benefit from having ancestors that were slaves.
6. I don't care what stage of development the child/fetus/whatever is. It IS a human. It IS murder.

1. I'm against it when the stem cells come from fetuses (sp?), since it kills the fetus - I don't have a problem when the stem cells are from adults or the umbilical cord or anything else.

2. Hate it - the employers need to be prosecuted so the illegals will leave.

3. Only ok for public stuff like roads - not ok for the govt to take someone's property just so someone else can develop it in a different way.

4. We need to stay there until they are relatively stable.

5. Retarded. It's just reverse discrimination (and I'm saying this as a woman - I don't like the fact that women get special treatment either).

not a republican but pretty involved in politics so I think I can take a good stab at it.

1. so long as it's not embryonic or government funded.. have at it

2. round them up and get them out.. then keep them out.

3. Actually not sure on this one.. but I bet they are like most other Americans.. dont' care till it's their land being taken.

4. the party is split.. with more being on the side of get the job done then talk about coming home.

5. get rid of it.. it's reverse racism
