Final Fantasy VII
It's still a good game, but it's by no means as legendary as some people will tell you. It's also not as bad as some others might try to tell you either. It's a decent Final Fantasy game that just happened to be most people's first experience with an RPG, let alone a Final Fantasy. Then people get on the anti-bandwagon and all sorts of hell breaks loose.

Final Fantasy VII, mediocre for a Final Fantasy game, but since it was a lot of peoples first FF game, the masses love it. If I see anymore Sephiroth and Cloud yaoi/slashfic stories floating around the FF fan sites, I'm gonna stab myself in the eye.

FYI kingdom hearts isn't over ratted and final fantasy is the most over rated game of all time.

gears of war... the game is entirely too simple.... also the sound effects and music on that game drive me crazy... it's a pain in my ears to listen to it.
