Im a woman. But I wouldnt be surprised if women were pretending to be men and vice versa. Happens in real life.

The trouble with this form of communication is that people can pretend to be anyone they like. Fortunately I think most people are genuine, but there are probably a few who get some strange sort of pleasure from their deception. It doesn't make any difference to me, I just take them at face value, after all I'm not going to meet any of them!
Just thought I'd let you know that, despite the generic male style image provided by YA I'm a woman. Mind you'd probably have worked that out as I haven't worked out how to get a pic on here!

I know of a anti-racist women who pretended to be a male racist , to provoke a debate. (She provoked more than that). And I know of a guy who goes after some of the crueler men on here, disguised as a "sexy" women. He's straight, but he'll flirt with homophobes and get them interested and intimate and then tell them that they've been flirting with a man. Apparently, they aren't usually that happy about it! Lol!

There probably are a few of both, it would be easy to do with either photos, or avatars.
And there are both women who would like to be seen as men, and men who like to be seen as women.
It doesn't bother me, it is the questions or the answers I judge people for on this site

But the thought of it is weird. : ) Imagine if most folk were pretending to be someone they are not. Oooo, scary.

I am a man, my avatar is a man. I am comfortable with that. But the rumours about cheryl b still abound. And I am thinking that Emma with the Wonder Woman avatar may just be slightly confused about her gender.
