No, my parents waited 5 years for me to come along. Sorry you have to carry that around with you, and I'm sorry your mother thought she needed to tell you all the details. I know other people who are in your situation. They accept it's not their fault and have made good lives for themselves. Sounds like you've just found out, or else you wouldn't be so angry and address this site. You can't go back and change the past, it happened and you're here. Make something of your life, don't let the anger eat you up. I really wish you the best of luck

That's actually kind of a sad way of looking at it. No, my mom and dad had been trying to have me for 10 years before they were finally able to. Interestingly enough though, they didn't have any children after they had me. Hmmmm......
