y=mx + c
c = 15, therefore the y intercept is 15. Or if you cant remember that, substitute in x=0 for where the line crosses the y axis, so y=15

The nice part of this problem is that it's already in y=mx+b form.
The m is y = mx+b stands for the slope and the b stands for the y-intercept (or the point on the y axis the graph intercepts).
So all you need to do is locate the b in the equation, which in this case is 15.
