i would really enjoy watching boys high school basketball on espn. like some really big HS stars. someone should tell them to put it on there network. then tell me when its gonna be one.

That would be cool, but I don't think it will ever happen besides an occasional game or two with big stars from HS. Overall the games aren't played at a high enough level to be put on national television. Also, no one really cares about High School Basketball teams unless you go to that school. Not a lot of people would watch the games as opposed to NBA or College b-ball. Maybe someday though.

Isn't it enough that some HS basketball players have dollar signs in their eyes thanks to the NBA? Please let's allow these children to earn their stripes. Also, let's remove the celebrity factor that comes along with playing a basketball game on TV. There are many professional players who still don't get their games televised on ESPN.
However, I like how you think and you should start a petition to get certain HS Basketball games televised. Although ESPN will want to know which two teams to televise so that they can sell advertising space for that game.

What is stopping YOU from telling them if that is what you want to watch? ESPN is a supply-and-demand network. The more people say they want to see it, the more likely they will put it on. The problem is that not that many people are actually interested in high school sports outside of their own hometown. Unfortunately, you are probably in the minority.

Sometimes they show high school games especially championship high school games, I recently saw Jordans boys playing for their high school in some championship game , so it happenes just not often because as stated before I dont think to many people are inetrested in high school sports other then in the own city.

they some times do in espn 2....back in hslebrons day they show him play all the time

Why? That will only make the kids think they are big shots and not work as hard. Let 'em grow up first.
