The best way is to go to your local pool store and buy it directly from them. You'll have it quicker and you won't have to pay as much.
Your other option is, as others have said, buy it online. There are a lot of online sites that will let you order pool products but their shipping time might be a while depending on the location of the area supplier (or the supplier in general, sometimes sites only have one location that they work out of). The cost will also rise as a charge for shipping and handling which will probably be around $3-4 more.

go to a pool store, get chlorine tabs. (they have them at like a costco or sams club for cheaper) and a chlorine holder. if you dont know what that is just ask someone and they will know.
