Does anyone know if you can draw with coloured pencils for the Tate Times Drawing Competition?

Nothing in the posted rules here

prevents it, but the materials named are normally monochrome. They take care to mention that creative efforts are being encouraged. It would be worth the effort to e-mail or phone to ask.
