Try the bakery at King Soopers, they make wedding cakes for a fairly reasonable price.

Roberto's Bakery on Van Born in Taylor is really good. We've gotten tons of cakes from them before. And congrats on your upcoming wedding! Any thoughts on where you want to register? I'm a Pampered Chef consultant and we've got a great registry if you need some kitchen stuff. And you earn Registry Rewards with it, which is unlike a lot of other registries out there. I absolutely love Mannino's Bakery in Sterling Heights (at Mound and 17 mile)... I've gotten a few cakes from there for birthdays and stuff and everyone raves about them. In the store they have tons of wedding cake displays... so you can call them up for the info... Pastries are also to die for good...
