Yeah when you have a "flat" nose. How do you keep them from sliding down?

Have the optician adjust the fit so they are held more firmly on your ears. This is also a good idea if your glasses seem to heavy the weight is meant to be carried on the arms of the glasses not the bridge.

Ask your eye doctor, or whoever sold you your glasses frames, if it is possible that they tighten the frames so that they aren't so loose and will have a harder time slipping down your nose.

I wear an elastic strap called a sports band. I tried Croakies but they gave me a rash.
