This sounds like a person who's lied to keep some man and this "baby" is supposed to be coming sometime soon and she doesn't know how to make it look lke the baby died. Why else would someone want to know how to fake a birth?!

Does anyone else think this question sounds like someone who is crazy enough to hurt a pregnant woman to get her baby? Or kidnap a baby from a hospital or something? And then try to pass it off as her own. I'm just saying... RED FLAG!!!
