I'd freak out since I'm at home alone and don't have anyone like that in my life. My roommate pops his head into my room sometimes but he doesn't understand anything I do anyway so I wouldn't have to explain anything to him. All I'm doing is killing time until I have to meet someone in about 2 hours.

I'd say "What's up, Hoss? Wanna grab a beer after work?" He's my next door neighbor and I am not worried about him walking by. As long as my work gets done, it doesn't matter what I am doing.
