7 because while the colts have lost a lot of defense they never really had a defense to lose, the loss of stokely to denver could hurt them the most, but the colts still have one player who is the face of the nfl right now and will be a first round hall of famer Peyton Manning, and he can make stuff happen. But really all the insight in the world won't help because on any given sunday any team can win or lose its just who wants it more and that is why we play the game.

3 out of 10...
They had a horrible D last year (except in the playoffs) and it has only gotten worse with the loss of major players like Cato June. They lost Dominic Rhodes to the Raiders, and while I think Joseph Addai is ready to be a starter, he will not be as effective because he has no one to share the load with. Also, the O-line is getting older, other offensive lines have learned how to deal with Dwight Freeney (see his major statistical drop last season), teams have seen that way to beat the Colts is to run all over their tiny defensive line, and other teams like the Pats, Chargers, etc. in the AFC have improved (or at least not slipped as much as the Colts) and so the Colts will have a major run for their money this year. I would not be surprised to see the Colts finish between 8-8 and 10-6. The offense will win them some games, but at some point the defense will give up too many points, or they will face a team with a dominating D and just won't be able to keep up with those teams.

The Colts have a 1/32 chance of winning the Super Bowl again. But honestly, on a scale from 1-10, I'd give them about a 4. Back to back super bowl wins is extremely difficult and, despite Peyton and all the hype that comes with him, I don't think the team has what it takes. (I might eat my words come January though!) :)

3 out of 10. The AFC is tough, and most Super Bowl teams struggle the following season. Even the Patriots did after they won their first title. The Colts aren't nearly as loaded as either the Patriots or the Chargers on defense. And I am a Colt fan.

Eh 1-10 1 being the most likely then 4. If they come out on top in the AFC than the Superbowl is theirs. There are two teams in the AFC I see better than them. The Chargers who will be better at qb since =Rivers will be more experienced, and the Pats who have gotten better through free agency.

3 because they lost a lot of their defense in Cato June and Nick Harper plus now there two headed running back attack is gone and they are only left with Adai. Plus the teams in the AFC South are all going to be better because the Texans got Schaub and Ahman Green and for the Titans it will be Vince's second year and they are going to get him more help. Plus the AFC is tough and chances are the Colts can't be the Pats again. Plus injuries are bound to happen.

5 - they were already a flawed championship team, much as I predicted a 37-3 victory, and the odds of repeating are slim for anyone... you have a target, and they lost several good players, and the drive to get rid of the monkey kind of goes away.
