I'm looking for a bunch of good snowboard/ski forums cause I've got to buy new winter gear and I'd like to get some opinions as I'm not an expert. Would be great some online dealers as well.. Thx

A good place for questions would be here, or another forum I like is at www.epicski.com and a good place to buy stuff online would be sierraskis.com for skis, and I don't know much about snowboards. Sierraskis has cheap skis that are high quality

snowboard.com and click on the forums, blogs, chat tab

thats the place i use...they have topics for everything you need, boards, bindings, boots, outwear, accessories, resorts, anything...if you know a specific question you can just type it in and the people will answer it..they'll give you really good answers and info on where to get the best deals

i just bought a new rome agent w/ bindings for $330.00
the board alone costs 470 and the bindings are like another 140....got the website through that forum

Most places will send them for free as long as you cover shipping -- that means you need to send them a self-addressed stamped envelope. Otherwise you might sometimes find them in shops, or it might be worth your while to try and find someone selling a bunch at once cheap on eBay (and it might work out cheaper than sending envelopes to a lot of places).
