Please list all the steps of the education needed to become a Medical Doctor after High School. If possible, please list the total years it would take in total with the education and practice needed.

Pre-med undergraduate degree (probably in biology) takes four years. Then medical school takes three years, followed by a residency (usually at least a year). At that point, you will be legal to work as an MD, but you may need more if you plan to specialize in something other than "family medicine," the new euphemism for general practice.

seems such as you're describing a pediatrician (MD who seems after toddlers in specific). in the U. S.: 4 years of faculty (culminating in Bachelor's degree, from an entire college, not community college) 4 years of scientific college 3 years of pediatrics residency straight away after ending scientific college. in the adventure that your character began college at 18, she could end pediatrics coaching at 29.
