Sorry, Paris Hilton ruined her name. The only other London I've ever met was a boy. How about Capri for a first name?

you conceived in Paris...you're going to have explain what that means to your kids at a very ripe age.
Paris makes me think of (you know this was coming:) Paris Hilton, which makes me think of a skank who is famous for being an heiress who lacks a brain.
London is actually nice though.
London Noel is an okay name. I like it.
Try:
London Shae
London Elizabeth
London Arianna (low a's)
London Belle
congratulations.

I would go with London because people will always associate Paris with Paris Hilton. Of course, with London kids will say London Bridge is falling down... So you should def use one of these names, but as the middle name.

Is this for a boy or girl because I know Paris can be for either. I used to love the name but Paris Hilton destroyed that for me! I would just hate for my child to be associated in any way with her. Plus, it is becoming such a common name internationally. London is pretty cool and mixing it with a French name is interesting. One of my friends from France is named "India" and she receives so many compliments on it. (Her parents wanted to go and decided that is was a beautiful name) You might also consider some of the areas of Paris as a name (Elise for les Champs Elysees) or a word in French or another French name, such as Chloe Noelle or Madeleine Noelle. Congratulations! and let us know what you pick!

Personally I'd scratch Paris... wouldn't want the associations with the notorious celebrity.
Is there something else in Paris that you could use as naming inspiration? A hotel name you could "modify", or a french word for something nice?
Not real fond of London, either, sorry...

I think it's awesome to use city names for naming people!
For your PARIS NOEL, I would spell the second name as NOELLE for a girl as NOEL is the spelling for a boy! However, the name is awesome - PARIS NOELLE!
Here's a few more ideas for you:
MAUI CAPRI
LINDSAY LONDON
CHLOE PAREE
SAHARA BREEZE
ATHENA BERLINN
ROMA BERLINA
FLORENCE ITALIA
MADIERRA MADRID
ABBEY LONDON
Good luck!
