The U.S. has not advocated a military solution and doesn't dominate Israeli military and foreign policy? Where do you think Israel gets the money from, stupid? Between $3 to 5 billion in aid is sent to them by the States every year. Israel is the largest recipient of foreign aid and loans from the U.S.

There will never be peace for Isreal and Palestine. Muslims will not rest untill all Jews are wipped from the face of the earth.

Ultimately, only the interested parties can come to agreements to promote peace. The encouragement of other countries and groups of countries like the United Nations can keep the parties focused on solutions, but cannot solve the problems for them.

You are unfair to say that U.S. dominates peace talks and is always advocating an extremist and/or military solution. I do not believe the U.S. has ever advocated a military solution to the the problem. No solution will ever satisfy both parties, but it is not extreme to suggest that the terrorist groups stand down while the peacemakers engage in dialog.

A Muslim is a Muslim, we in Canada are a Christian based society so we would not fare any better over there either.
Muslims Hate Christians no matter where they are from. I used to think it was just the extremist, but after all the reports about this religion these past few years I believe they all hate Christians, some just express it different.

No--The Palestinians have a deep seeded hatred for the Israeli's. They raise their children to hate the Israeli's. The Palestinians cannot even get along between their own religious factions. The Ha mas and Fatah groups will kill each other for ever. There will never be total peace in the middle east.

No, neither Israel or Palestine really wants peace, they both think they have more to gain by playing the victim. There will only be peace if the U.S., Europe and the muslim countries withdraw all their financial support from these numbskulls and make them wise up.

No. What does Canada have to do with either Israel, or Palestine? They don't do anything for anyone, but themselves. They don't have to worry about being attacked by an foreign body, because America is right there next to them to beat the crap out of anybody who tries. They know this, so think it's okay for them to sit on their butts and do NOTHING. They don't do anything for the world's countries. They are uninvolved. They don't support Israel, like America does, and few of them have fought, and died for other countries, like Americans have. Only in WWI, and WWII, that I recollect. What weight does Canada bare for either Israel, or Palestine to listen to their spout? I say, none.

no, the mediator finds a solution based on the willingness to settle the difference by the opposing sides.
Being from Canada would probably not make any difference.

I am sure the Canadians would have screwed it up as bad as the Americans. I mean come on, Canada can't even make a decent beer.
