If you both already have it, and you aren't in too much pain it isn't a problem. It is a myth that you can reinfect yourself. It is also a myth that it will start an outbreak in the other person. Remember that 90% of people with herpes don't know they have it because their symptoms are so mild they don't recognize them. These people continue having sex during outbreaks and never even realize it. Chicken Pox (another form of herpes) stays in your body forever, but you don't continuously reinfect yourself once you've had it. If you have it, you have it and you can't get it again! The only reason two infected people shouldn't have sex is if it is too irritating or painful. My husband and I don't abstain at all because the symptoms are so mild and don't last long.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/J2C7k
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.
