Relax. Masturbation is not sinful, and it's not bad for you in any way; in fact it's very good for your health if you just do it a few times a week. It doesn't get anyone pregnant or ruin their lives or break their hearts. It's YOUR body, and you are absolutely allowed to touch it any way you want as long as you don't harm yourself, which masturbation does not.
Especially if you are trying to refrain from sexual intercourse until marriage, masturbation is the very best way to release the sexual tensions that build up. It's natural, normal, and almost every guy does it.

some people say it's sinful but I think it's a matter that's best left to the individual. However it is an addictive behavior if you can't stop.
