It sounds strange, but the majority of people I've known only like one or the other, but not both. I'm a green olive person, but have only recently trained myself to like black olives, though I'd still rather have green.
So are you a green olive or black olive person?

Black olive is my fav. when we go to Olive Garden, my mom and I ask for extra and they always bring us a bowl of them...yum...

I love green olives!!! They are so good. My mom makes rice and beans a lot but sometimes there isn't enough salt or flavor so I put green olives on it and it tastes so good!!! I have not had any in a long time so now I want some right now!!! Thankfully we have some in the fridge or I'd die. I'm gonna go eat some now.

I like both. I like using olives for cooking also, black olives on pizza or in some other recipes and green olives with some Italian chicken recipes. Also, green olives are great to have with aperitivo.

Im a green AND black olive person...though, the big plump imported green olives are the best. Yummmm

I'm a rare type..I like both kinds! Olives are yummy. Green ones are good for sucking out the pimentos!

I prefer black olives,they're less salty. I eat green olives when I crave something salty.
