Considering that I ran out in front of a truck and risked my life to save a magpie (wild native bird), risking my life for my own pets would be a cinch!

I love my pets, but I would have to say no. I can always replace an animal, not a human. I would risk my life for any human, any day.

YES! YES! YES!
He's risked his life for me and ended up with a broken leg because of it. That was 4 years ago.
That's one thing I've never understood about people having to evacuate their homes and not taking their pets. If I couldn't take my dog with me, I wouldn't go.

yes i sure would! i bought them when they were just 2 months old! and i consider all my pets a part of my family, so i would risk saving their lives (2 pugs and 2 hamsters) the same way i would for my mom, or dad, sister, etc.

No but years ago my old dog was jumping over a wall with barbed wire on it. He mis judged it and was going to land right on his b*l*ocks! I could not bear this so put my hand under him and his weight pushed the barbed wire all the way though my finger. It hurt alot as you would imagine but he could have lost a leg or worse. He did repay me 1 day I was swimming in a river and thought what he would do if I was in trouble, so I just floped and made out I was drowning laying face down in the water. To my amazment he jumped in swam under me and took me to the river bank!

I would... nuts maybe but what the heck. Each life is precious... except mine obviously!!!
Why? Because I'd jump off a 10 storey block of flats or run through a wall of fire all to rescue my little cat! Lol.
I wonder if MY cat would ever do something like that? Nah, she'd just take one look at me and b*gger off. Lol.

More than likely. They're my family...like my kids.
If one of my dogs fell off a bridge into water...you can be damn sure I'm going in after her.
I'd even jump into a fight just to prevent them from any kind of injury. Of course anyone would do the same for their kids, and since my dogs are like my kids...ya know what's up.

It depends on the problem really. My pet is a fish so if my house flooded, I dont think he'd need any help. Lol.
