You are most fertile 10-18 days after your period starts. Some women like to count 14 days before their next period starts to pinpoint ovulation though. If you have a 29 day cycle then you would ovulate on day 15 which is April 22.
I think you would be most fertile from April 17-24.

If you are on a normal 28 day cycle then you should ovulate sometime between April 19th and 21st. You should bed April 17th, 18th, 19th and the 21st. That would ensure that you hit ovulation time. However if you are not on a 28 day cycle you need to determine when your next cycle will come and count back 14 to 16 days from that date. example if you are on a 35 day cycle you would start May 12th. counting back 14 - 16 days would make ovulation occur April 26th - 28th.
