My cell phone is high-end?

What does this mean?

That it cost a lot?

It has all the features the newer phones have. That includes GPS tracker, camera, text message capability, downloadable ring tones, multiband, maybe a keyboard (or two), and a little tiny size so it is convenient.

Sad to say, the cellphone makers are working so fast to make the phones fancier and more feature-rich, that the odds are if it is more than about a year old it is no longer high-end!
