the key word here is bacterial.....to kill bacteria, you need prescription medication. Interestingly enough, how do you know you have bacterial vaginosis without seeing a doctor for the diagnosis, and if you did, why didn't he treat at the time. And if you did not see a doctor and you have self diagnosed, you have a fool for a patient.

Sometimes you can get lucky with a product called RePHresh, but I'd suggest you just get MetroGel from your doctor. It just went generic so its a lot cheaper these days too.
