This is OK just dont do it in kitchen or bathrooms as pipes can freeze. If these are electric radiator heaters you can do it and save big money. Just keep the doors shut and vents shut to those rooms.
If this is a raidiant Oil System, check with your service company first. Some of these systems will not function if the thermostat is closed in some rooms. It is a baseboard water heat system and you need it flowing throughout the whole home. So check out the type you have first.

Yes, as long as there is no water pipes in them that will freeze. You will save money on heat.
