I can't explain why. They are wasting their time. How is man going to stop Nature from taking her course? Man is not God. A scientist on Fox News has said the Earth has been warming since the 1600's. If that is true, how do humans think to change the course of the Eco-system? The world didn't have factories, cars, or even hair-spray in those days. We drove horses, and buggies, walked, and farmed naturally. I doubt very much pipe-smoking started the Earth to warm. People need to learn to adapt to the changing world, not change what cannot be changed. The ice-age, the dark-ages were a part of the Earth evolving, and for man to think he has the power to change Nature, is the height of arrogance, and stupidity!

Ted Kennedy is just one guy. Do you really think he represents everyones view??? Are you that thick that you can't distinguish between one persons actions and the beliefs of a party?
That's like me saying......Reps are fighting terrorists, but Timothy McVeigh(sp?) was a republican.
This is the biggest problem with the political arena right now. People will take one isolated incident and translate it into a blanket view on an entire party or group of people.

What does a wind farm have to do with global warming? You'd kill a windfarm by your house too, they're freakishly loud!

Wind farms are eyesores. The elitist did not want to look out of their million dollar homes and see windmills.

Cause they're politicians. Being a hypocrite is in the job description. However, just because they're muppets who couldn't find moral north with a very large compass, it doesn't mean everyone else has to be.

It would have ruined the natural beauty (land values) of his property. You don't actually expect him to live up to the standards he is trying to enact do you?
