The Llano Estacado ( where I live ) Humidity hardly ever gets over 20%, if that high. Also, there are places to stand where you can see the horizion fall away in every direction you look...
It's in the Panhandle of Texas...

The reason there are fields is because there is humidity. If there is no humidity, then there is a desert and plenty of sage brush and tumble weeds. Then again, there are the poppy fields in Lancaster, California, a very dry area that can have wonderful orange and gold fields of flowers during the spring.

Ya Antartica is full of fields of ice and threr isnt much humididty there
