It's beginning to become a way of life for me! It seems that I'm always going in so many directions and juggling so many plans that I can't remember anything any more. If I put something away in a "safe" place so I don't lose it, I end up forgetting where that "safe" place is. It's either galloping Alzheimer's (as opposed to the creeping variety), or I really am losing my mind. Either way, it shouldn't take too much longer before I don't even notice it at all!

i think sometimes you loose things for a reason. (although i'm not sure what an SP is so maybe this won't apply to you...) i'll give you an example. a few weeks ago i drove for 7 hours straight from my new home in MD to my old home in NY to get my stuff. i wanted to move all in one day so at 2:30am i left MD - arrived in NY at around 9:30am -- loaded everything into my UHAUL and went to leave at around 7:00pm...however i couldn't find my keys! so i slept at my mothers and the next morning went to look for them and they were siting ontop of my car...... i wasn't meant to drive 7 hours that night.

I lost a check.....a large check....my brother wrote another. I found the first over a month later in the bottom of my closet. How it got there is the biggest mystery ever.

Oh goodness I loose stuff all the time. Sometimes I find it days later or even weeks later. I have got to get organized.

Yes, I lost my cat in my own house. Only to find him a day later in my closet.
