With the products ID, you should be able to contact the seller or Microsoft and get a new CD. You will probably have to pay for this.

Before you make contact, get out your sales slip, purchase order number, customer number, product key, etc. to prove you are entitled to this program. I would start with the seller. If they can't help you, they should be able to direct you to the proper place or person.

borrow a buddies disk but use your key
