It sounds more like you have the flu.
Tubal pregnancy would have caused a positive test. If you THINK you may be pregnant, head to the doctor. You shouldn't mess around with tubal pregnancies.

do you have a pain in either side of your hips? sort of feels like a really bad period pain but a little sharper. If you took and over-the-counter to test most likely it will come out negative b/c your hormone level is off due to the fact the baby isn't developing properly b/c it's fertilized in the tube. Also, do you have an STD like Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichinosis or BV? If so that is the main cause for a tubal pregnancy. If you don't then most likely you do not have a tubal pregnancy.
I would make an appt with your doctor though as soon as possible. A tubal pregnancy is very dangerous to the mother. If you tell your doctor you may have a tubal pregnancy they will squeeze you in ASAP. A doctor is the only one that will be able to tell if you have one or not.

Ectopic or Tubal pregnancy symptoms are:
Sharp pain in abdomon, neck pain, shoulder pain spotting, cramping, headache nausea, fainting, heart racing...all symptoms that could be the flu or a normal pregnancy. The best way to rule out tubal pregnancy is to go to the doctor. Tubal pregnancies can be dangerous!
Going to the doctor is the best thing to do in this situation.

You would have a positive pregnancy test and other "normal" pregnancy symptoms before you would show any symptoms of a tubal pregnancy. Sounds more like you are sick with the flu. You should see your GP.

If you were pregnant in your tubes, your test would still have come back positive and you would have missed a period. Not to mention the excruciating pain you would be feeling.
Maybe you have the flu

Those don''t sound (after I deciphered them anyway) like pregnancy symptoms- you do need to go to the doctor and get things checked out. Nausea and fever sound like another illness.
