The question , you two, was not if she should be allowed to speak. The question was why to people support her saying and doing the kinds of things that she does.
I for one think she has every right to say stupid things and act like an idiot.
She lost a son like many many people have who had people serving in the military.
She has a right to say what she thinks. And people with a brain have the right to tell her she is being disgraceful, cuz thats their freedom of speech also isnt it.

They probably support her because her son is HER son, and not YOURS; therefore, you have no right to judge the way she chooses to grieve him. She is exercising her right to speak out against her government. It isn't up to you to determine how her son would feel about that, since you probably don't even know his name without Googling it, much less ever had a conversation with him about how he felt about this war.
