anything he wants, as long as he remians
inside the sphere, and the laws of physics
are not violated.

His orbit will eventually decay, and he will burn up on reentry but probably not crash

If the monkey can do anything he wants to do, and he's in a GLASS sphere, he can convert some of his own mass into directed light, which will pass through the wall. Thus, through radiation pressure, the monkey may propel himself to escape velocity.

I believe that that ideal monkey will start rotating the sphere about sphere's certain axis and when a sufficient angular momentum is reached to try to tilt these axis producing a force pushing the sphere away from the Earth.
