it would take a while, but you dont have to let all the air out, just until its really low.
also instead of holding it, put a pebble in there that will hold the little pin in place and release the air
but i gotta tell ya, it's not a very nice thing to do to someone and if you get caught you could get arrested.

You cannot let the air out of a tire with just your finger - it's not small enough, nor tough enough to hold down the tire valve. so you either need a valve stem remover or a sharp object to hold the stem down. If you can fully depress the stem it should take no more than three minutes to release the air from an auto's tire.
Just beware, that during those three minutes if the owner catches you he/she will be more then likely to wither beat the c***p out of you or decide to press charges.
Messing with someones car is NEVER acceptable!!!

it will take a LOOOOONG time..
Regardless of the reason,
The easier way is to find a valve cover that has a built in insert remover (usually one of the four tires has this cover) and then simply unscrew the valve from inside the tire stem.... Even with the stem out it will take about 2 minutes for the tire to be empty.
