It is difficult to answer this answer in a vacuum. Based on the program you are interested in, you might want to consider how both schools rank in terms of reputation across the same program.

What financial aid options are available, money is going to be a big deciding factor, scholarships and free money will go a long way to make your life in college easier versus if you don't have any financial aid or free money.

I guess you should also check what kinds of companies recruit from both programs and begin to consider if they fit the kind of profile you would like to work for. Ohio State has some very good programs and so might be the better option. You need to provide a lot more information about the program you are interested in.

both are good schools, it depends if you live closer to which school and which campus is better
