penis gourds -- saw it on living with the kombai on A&E. They only cover the penis everything else is in full view. I understand the reasoning. They live in a hot and humid rain forest but it's still very wierd to look at.
Also those women with the rings around their neck is weird to me because if they take them off they would die.

"Weird" is a subjective term. I'm here in the States.
However, I think it's pretty weird that in the Middle East two male friends can walk arm-in-arm down the street and no one bats an eye. Their wives however, must walk behind them; no public displays of affection are allowed between members of the opposite sex.

i seen people in Nigeria perform a very scary ritual to a boy when he reaches puberty. what they do is they first circumsize him, and then put ants in his pants to test his strength. yeah pretty weird, but unfortunately true

drinking an animals and your own urine, yuck it was gross, tht is not my costom or religion though it is a neighbors, oh yes and they put urine all around their house and food
