In lots of cases, the only way others get to know what's going on in the world or even their neighborhood is through complaints. However, we should be willing to provide solutions to the complaints and by sharing those ideas for correction, we are also communicating and possibly making the world a better place.

Oh, and by the way, too much, is the correct form that should have been used in your question. Too is used to indicate amounts or where you can substitute the word, "also". To is a preposition that should be used "to make a point", "to go to a place", "to be or not to be". Two is the number 2. Smile!!!!
